I was thrilled with the service that I received at Lambert, particularly after bad experiences at two local Jeep dealers. When I called to make an appointment to take care of several things, Ian said it would take a day or two to do the work. I dropped my vehicle off, and they started working on it right away. That afternoon, Ian called me with an update and said that they needed the second day. He called me the next morning with an update, and then again in the afternoon to tell me the vehicle was ready. The actual cost of repairs was very reasonable, but the level of service that I received made the experience a bargain. To top it off, I receive a text from Jerry Lambert asking if I was satisfied with the service I received. VERY satisfied.
