I have been frustrated with the dealer where the 2012 Traverse was purchased from concerning safety recall on the Service Air Bag light. They weren't concerned enough to fix the issue, but only in determining that it had nothing to do about the recall. When the your Automotive shop is able to pull the recall information from GMC and the dealer isn't, something is drastically wrong with their motives and desire to keep the customer happy. Thanks to your team, we have it repaired as instructed by the recall. Now it will take time but I will eventually get my money refunded by GMC, because of the dealer's unsatisfactory performance.

I was in a jam with idiot lights showing transmission issues my 3500 Chevy Diesel, I needed the truck for a delivery that same afternoon. Big O wanted 800 dollars to fix a problem. They were absolutely certain of the problem and wanted a whole weekend to fix it. I got a second opinion from Jerry Lambert Automotive.
