Great service and friendly. Jerry helped diagnose my problem and gave me some options on fixing it. One issue was covered under the factory warranty that he helped me figure out and the other he fixed for me. I’ll definitely be back and recommend to family and friends.

This was a standard appointment for regular Oil/Filter change at 3000 miles. They always do such a tremendous performance on the vehicle, even when it is just a routine maintenance. Topping off fluids and checking make sure everything is in order. Great friends and a business that treats you right all the time.

I have been an Automotive Instructor for the past 15 years with 13 at Murray High School.Previous to becoming an educator I worked for 26 years in a family shop in Utah County. I hosted aftermarket training at Murray High School for technicians to advance knowledge in new technology. I could always see shops that support and value their employees knowledge in upcoming technology. I always had technicians from Jerry Lambert's shop in attendance. I don't remember meeting Jerry, although I know I have at one point. My reason for writing this review is more regards to Jerry's better half. I could rely on Nancy to come to speak to my students about going into Automotive as a profession. I wish I could have had a video clip of her discussions with my students about being honest and ethical in way that all automotive businesses should be ran. She went on to say some comments that made me personally reflect and realize that I was partially to blame on this industry having a bad reputation . I always felt I was honest and ethical in the way I treated my customers, but she emphasized the importance for shops not to tear each other down in order to make you superior. Nancy hit the nail on the head, this took a while for even me (a fairly intelligent man) to comprehend. I started to realize she was right. She went on to talk about if a customer came in from a bad experience at a competitors shop not to look for fault with them but to make sure that shop had chance to remedy the customers bad experience..This was a profound moment in my life. I realized a deep seeded problem that crossed over not only repair industry but basic human nature, how many times to I tear someone else down to make me feel superior. I realized that I was as guilty as the next guy for giving a bad reputation to this industry. In this life, we can recognize and make changes or continue to be ignorant. I thank you Nancy for helping me become a better teacher as well as a better man. I will continue to educate our future with regards what I learned from you. Your shop is a class act!!
